If you want to figure out that which one is primary alcohol then look at the functional group (Here it is alcohol -OH).

Check it out to which carbon it is connected to.

-If it is connected to the carbon which is 1° (Linear) then it means its primary.

-If it is connected to the carbon which is 2°(means functional group is connected to the carbon which is connected from two other sides of carbon chain) then it means its secondary.

-If it is connected to the carbon which is 3°(means functional group is  connected to the carbon which is connected from three other sides of carbon chain) then its tertiary.
