How to find oxidation number in disproportionation reaction?

Hiya!

Disproportionation reaction are those in which one compound undergoes Oxidation as well as Reduction.

For example :-

H2O2 =======> H2O + O2

We know that in case of peroxide the Oxidation state is -1

So, from -1 to -2(H2O) and 0 (O2)
