How to find that january has 31 days and february has 29 or 28 days?

Here is your answer-----

In the one complete year there are total of twelve months.In the 12 months 7 months are always be of 31 days. These months are------
@-January,
@-March,
@-May,
@-July,
@- August,
@-October and
@-December.
Now, there are 5 months left. In the rest five months four months are always be of 30 days. These months are------
@-April,
@-June,
@-September and
@- November.

Only February in the whole year is a months which has 28 days. But in every leap year February has 29 days.
We can remember this as----
The year divisible by four is a leap year.For example---2016 is divisible by four therefore it is a leap year, whereas year 2018 is not divisible by four therefore it is a non-leap year. 
Note------The century year such as 1800,1900, are divisible by four but they are not the leap year. For the century year,year must be divisible by four hundred.
