How to find the age of a tree?

when we cut the tree we find the rings 
and based on the number of rings we can say the age of tree

trees also have birthdays and like us they also get gifts on there birthday but those gifts are not any toys,games, or anything we usually gets. they are actually rings . every year tree get a ring. if u want to know the age of a tree then cut it's trunk and check those rings count them and by this u can check their age.
