A=C×C/4π

C=circumference

let perimeter be x then,

x = 2\pi \: r

we get,

r =  \frac{x}{2\pi}

now putting value the of r in the formula,

 = \pi \:  {r}^{2}

we get,

\pi \:  \times  \frac{x}{2x}  \times  \frac{x}{2x}

therefore ,

area =  \frac{ {x}^{2} }{2 {x}^{2} }
