You may access your call history and details for the past 123 days online.Go to optimum.net/voice and login.On the landing page when you first login, click on the Call History tab for a snapshot of your last four calls.Click Call History in the top navigation for the full 123-day sortable list.

Your Call History page will include:

Outbound calls (including date, location, number and time)Inbound calls (including date, location, number and time)Missed calls (including date, location, number and time)Voicemail access callsPrivate calls - no Caller ID data (includes date and time)Calls to all N11 services, including Directory Assistance (411), Customer Service (611) and Emergency Services (911)Each column is sortable and you can filter you results by date range or specific phone numbers.
