Given,

A circle of radius = 5 cm

To find,

Diameter of the circle

Solution,

Circle is a round figure with a center point in between.

The diameter line lies on this center point.

Diameter is a line on the circle which passes through two opposite points on a circle and the center point.

Diameter is equal to twice the radius.

Diameter = 2r

Given, radius is 4 cm.

Diameter = 2(4) = 8 cm.

Hence, diameter of the circle with radius as 4 cm is 8 cm.
