elements are made up of same kind of atoms, and each atom can consist of electrons protons and neutrons , to quantum no. are introduced to define the position(probable) of an electrons that are revolving around nucleus, each electron in an atom have particular set of four quantum numbers , they are principal quantum no.(n) , azimuthal quantum no.(l), magnetic quantum no(m) , spin quantum no,(ms) .
