For 1..

1.Find the area of quadrant...
2.Find area of square.
3.then subtract area of sector from square.
3.Multiply the area that u get above by 2.
4.subtract This area from area of quadrant.

For 2.

1.Find the area of quadrant .
2.Find area of square.
3.subtract the area of quadrant from area of square.
3.multiply the area that u get above by 2.
