Why does helium have no chemical properties?

It does not react with any other substance. The substance internal structure is never greatly affected and thus Helium cannot have no chemical properties.

Helium has completed its valence shell and hence have valency of zero ( 0 ).
Due to this it is an inert element thus having no specific chemical properties.
