IN ENGLISH :

The area of the whole triangle is b*h/2. The area of the square is x2. The area of the triangle that is obtained by sliding together the two smaller triangles standing on the base is (b-x)*x/2. x = b*h/(b + h).

IN HINDI:

x = b * h / (b + h)

Answer:

An isosceles triangle is inside a square. Its vertex touches a corner of the square. Its base angles touch the edges of the square. I only know the vertex angle and length of the sides of the square. How can I find the length of the triangle's base?
