Here is your solution :-

First will use factor throrum in following equation

Let value of x = 1

p(x) = 3x³ + 2x² - 19x + 6
0 = 3(1)³ + 2(1)² - 19(1) + 6
0 = 3 + 2 + 6 - 19
0 is not equal to - 8
So, 1 is not value of x

Let value of x be - 1

p( - 1) = 3(-1)³ + 2(-1)² - 19(-1) + 6
0 = -3 + 2 + 19 + 6
0 is not equal to 24
So, value of x is not - 1

p(2) = 3(2)³ + 2(2)² - 19(2) + 6
0 = 24 + 8 + 6 - 38
0 = 0

So, value of x = 2
So, factor of p(x) = x - 2

Now, lets divide p(x) by ( x - 2 )

Now, as I solved is further in image( see thr attachment )

We get factors : ( x - 2 )( x + 3 )( 3x - 1 )
So value of x can be = 2, - 3, 1/3

Hope it helps
