Hy there,
This is an isosceles traingle as the two sides are equal. Also, the two angles are equal.
Angle Y= Angle Z
Implies 2x+7=45
Implies 2x=45-7
Implies 2x=38
Implies x=38/2=19
Implies x=19
AngleY= 45degree
Hope it helps.
Thanks

hello ,
this is an isocles triangle in which two sides n two angles are equal.
here, base angles are equal
angle y = angle z.
so ,
2x+7= 45
2x= 45-7
2x = 38
X = 38/2
X = 19.
so , 2x +7 = 45
2(19)+7 = 38+7 = 45
so angle y = 45°
so , angle y = 45 , angle z = 45 then angle X= ?
add angle y and angle z and then subtract it from 180°
45 +45 = 90 °
we know that sum of angles must be 180
180 - 90 = 90°
angle X = 90°
angle y = 45°
angle z = 45°
hope it helps you..
