Acidic salt = strong acid+ weak base.

Here ,

HCOONa is formed by the reaction of acetic acid which is a weak acid with sodium hydroxide.

NaH2PO4 is formed by the reaction of phosphoric acid which is a weak acid with sodium hydroxide.

So both of them are not acidic salts

Basic salt= strong base + weak acid

neutral salt = weak acid + weak base or strong acid + strong base
