no. of radial nodes in 2p =n-l-1
=2-1-1
= 0
no.of radial nodes in 4p= 4-1-1
= 2
no. of radial nodes in 5d = 5-2-1
= 2
no. of radial nodes in 4f =4-3-1
=0
where n is decided by no. of shell
l is decided by subshell
value of s (l) =0
p=1
d=2
f=3
no. of angular nodes in 2p= l
=1
no. of angular nodes in 4p =1
no. of angular nodes in 5d= 2
no. of angular nodes in 4f =3
