Weight is the force by which earth pulls you towards itself and that's why SI unit of weight is Newton (N)

As weight is a force and force is

mass × acceleration

therefore weight will also be mass × acceleration

here mass will be your body's mass and acceleration will be the gravitational acceleration by Earth which is denoted by small "g"

So we conclude that

weight = mass × gravitational acceleration by earth

HOPE YOU UNDERSTOOD THE CONCEPT
