if the number consists it's factors as 2power n*5 power m then forms a terminating decimal expansion

ican explain with an example..
1. non .terminating one....14/3=4.66666666666......and so on and so on...itin this u can never completely get a perfect value...other examles...like √3,√5,...and all imperfect roots...
2terminating one ....ex-13/8=16.25...in this u will definitely get s perfect value...other examples like ..allperfect roots...like √4,√9,...
