bro very easy .
u take some step u get really relax and fresh our mind.
1.exercise daily.
2.eat healthy diet.
3.get enough sleep.
4.use u r mind instead of a calculator.
5.dont stay learning.
6.flex u r mental muscles.
7.engage all u r senses.
8.try using u r opposite hand to do everything things.

TO FRESH OUR MIND ,

GET EARLY AT MORNING,
DO EXERCISE,
TAKE A FRESH BATH,
AND DRINK A CUP OF TEA.

WHEN YOU DO THIS YOU FEEL THE FRESHNESS UP TO
THE EVENING. AND DON'T FORGET TO TAKE A BATH AT EVENING IT MAKES YOU MORE FRESHER.
