Pleasure itself shows how happy you are and though we may not be happy at all times we can create surroundings to extract such happiness. For eg: when we are moody talking to someone who u like and most importantly trust them will make you feel better.How satisfying it is to find someone to share ur sorrows as well as happiness too as u find mutual thoughts coming through. Other way is doing what you like because that feeling of passion will surely trigger your mood like reading, listening to music, travelling.
