Hey dear,
It's very simple .
In a day so many incidents happen . Out of them some issues disturb us some other give bit of happiness.
It may be some future plans, interaction with some people, some ones good words about u or a simple pat which you earned from other will give great happiness.
So
After laying on bed just rewind any one of above positive incident. That thought soothens your mind. When you recall that moment it gives happiness. That happiness makes you satisfied and slowly you will feel drowsiness.After that in few minutes you will not know that you are in deep sleep.
