Let the digit at unit's place be x.
Then, ten's digit =4x.
So, number =10*4x +x
=40x+x
=41x
New number =10*x+4x
=14x
Now,
41x-14x=54(given)
β†’ 27x=54
β†’ x=2
So, original number =10*4*2+2
=80+2=82.
