You should know summary for every chapter.
You should firmly read all the hard words with their meanings
You should have revised all question answers.
At last,very important you should have good knowledge of grammer too because you need to frame the answers yourself too.

In this subject coz its English their r few things that you have to keep in mind that , this r the things that should be maintained in ur answer script....
I) do make good sentences, it will increase your quality of the answer
II) no need of making the copy dirty I mean make copy neet & clean.... ( this is for every exam)
III) don't make any mistakes in first two pages I mean '' don't, do cutting of answers or don't write wrong answer '' try to keep first two pages neet & clean & write only answer ur confident with... this will make a positive attitude of u towards the teacher... ( this is also for all exams)

now study properly every imp parts......
and other points.... this all the things r also given in another answer it will help you too,.... but keep the three points said by me in ur exam hall it will help u the most.....
