Friend,
to get motivate, be confident in your self
that I will motivate in certain matter.Then, avoid
something which distrub you. Listen to songs which are inspirable.
Do meditation, you keep a goal that for certain time I should motivate. See comedy vidios, like mark angle clip.Read books etc.
