How to get rid of addiction to someone?

Hey, Even I am Also suffering frm this kind of ADDiCTION..
Lemme tell u wat steps I had taken in my lyf.
1. I asked my frnds to stop talking about him in front of me.
2.I also Asked them to not to give me any updates abt him.
3. I encouraged myself to nt to think abt him.
4.And Last one, which actually worked( little) , I got a CRUSH.whoch dnt reminds me of my LOVE..
