To get rid of exam stress:
1.Listen to music
2. Do yoga
3. Believe that you can do it
4. Talk to friends and parents

☆Believe in yourself. You will get good marks.

☆Tension will make you more forgetful. Remember that.

☆Understand everything in the notes and textbook. Don't just mug up.

☆Don't talk to people who have exam anxiety. They will increase your tension.

☆Work hard and be determine.

☆Don't keep studying 24/7. Do other activities like dancing, singing, reading, etc.
