Thanks for the question!
It is definitely a very interesting question to solve and do some brainstorming.

H. pylori or Helicobacter pylori is a bacterium found in stomach regions and it infects the stomach more oftenly during childhood or in a early venture, it's a gram negative micoraerophilic bacterium or those bacteria which are working under oxygenated conditions for survival and do not absorb the crystal Violet stain (in chromatography).
To identify the presence of this bacterium in the stomach check for some signs, such as, severe pain in the abdominal region characterised by stools containing blood or black and tarry color, there is a significant loss of appetite and weight, vomit containing mixtures and color of blood or black or brown, Unable to swallow any food or minerals, regular and loud burping, bloating of the stomach, Nausea accompanied by stomach ache which worsens with time and particularly when the stomach is completely empty. Helicobacter pylori are reproducing at and fast rate in stomach which may lead to muscular atrophy and may change the stomach lining due to a inflammatory response by the immune system (induced by the bacteria) forming ulcers and possibly a notion for cancer or stomach cancer (Gastric acid is secreted throughout the stomach which overloads the stomach and goes down to the small intestine and the large intestine).
