How to identify which end of a DNA is 5' and which is 3'..is there any to way to find out the end of a DNA?? need the answer urgently!!

yes, you can find because both ends are different in chemical structure. The 5'( usually pronounced- five prime end) end has a phosphate group while a 3' (usually pronounced-three prime end)end has a hydroxyl (OH-) group.
