1) How to Insert pictures

To insert picture in power point presentation follow the following steps:-

I) Create a slide with text with compassion

2) In the compassion box click at insert pictures.

3) A dialog box will appear from there you can click at insert pictures from your computer or insert pictures from Web

4) After then if you want to insert pictures from your computer then browse your computer and select the picture from your computer and add it in your presentation.

5) If you want to insert pictures from the web thrn browse the web and select pictures from the web and add it in your presentation.

2) To insert video file:-

1) Go to insert tab

2) Go to media option

3) Click at insert video

4) Then a diolog box will appear and from there you can select two options below:-

I) Insert video file from your computer

II) Insert video file from the web

5) If you choose the first option then browse your computer and select the video file from your computer and add it in your presentation.

6) If you choose the second option then browse the web and select the video file from the web and add it in your presentation.

3) To insert a audio file :-

1) Go to insert tab.

2) Go to media option.

3) Click at insert audio and then a diolog box will appear then you can select two below

I) Insert audio file from your computer.

II) Insert audio file from Web.

5) If you choose the first option then browse your computer and select the audio file from your computer and add it in your presentation.

6) If you choose the second option then browse the web and select the audio file from Web and add it in your presentation.
