Here are some ways to do so:
1. Get Proper diet i.e. green vegetables. They provide you nutrients sufficient for your brain
2. Get proper amount of sleep
3. Don't use Moblies phones upto another level. They put stress on your brain and your body too. Also their excessive use can lead to some critical diseases including cancer!
4. Don't use plastic for storing things.
5. Try eating Almonds, Blackberry, Dark Chocolate, Strawberries, oranges as they are really really good for increasing your memory. Must be of good quality tho
6.Never ever do the mistake of taking some pills or something for increasing your memory. They do have many side effects
7.Play puzzle games like jigsaw or else. They are really good for increasing your memory
8. Exercise and Meditation!!!
9. Some studies have discovered that eating chewing gum is good for brain so :grin:
10. Do eye exercise and eye strain is something which can cause harm to your memory
11.Riddles are good :)
12. Use only PET plastic bottles for storing water and PET plastic bowls for food items
13. Drink more water
14. Go to doctor after a appropriate interval of time
