You can include header and footer to the word document by following the given method: -
1.)Inside the Insert tab that appears above in your MS Word document.Here you will see both header and footer commands. You can also click on any one, after which a dropdown menu will appear.
2.) If you want to insert empty headers or footers, then click on Blank inside the dropdown menu or select from the given options.
3.).After this, you will see the Design tab inside the Ribbon and the header will be added to the footer in the document.
