So you need to tell the Audience regarding that person. There good deeds, how they are connected to the event's purpose. There important contribution etc.

Eg- Now i will like to call upon the rising entrepreneur, who has made a great contribution towards the society with his latest invention of the waste water control mechanism which has helped many industries as well as the muncipal corporation. Please give a round of applause for Mr ABC.
