How to know that in which direction E1 and E2 will send current? Why? ​

Step-by-step explanation:

theres no such way to know. But for assumption we assume that the current will flow from the side of the cell with larger side. For eg: in E1 current will flow towards R1 side.

And if answer comes -ve then it means that the current is flowing in opposite direction from the one we assumed.
