Hi friend I know you must be curious to find who disliked your videos etc. But the fact is YouTube doesn't notify you when someone dislikes ur video ,you will always be notified when up voted but there is no such message which you receive when ur video is disliked . This is clearly done to for privacy reasons since YouTube doesn't want a clash between users and their haters ,for which the keep it a secret so that there is no trifle between the users .
