Answer:

Explanation:

There's no shortcut for It.

However you can learn by learning the first letter of examples,

For example na,iodine,zinc,chloride

I learnt it as nai zina choro

Also:-WRITE WHAT YOU LEARN!!

WRITE AND WRITE AND WRITE AND IT WILL GET BY HEARTED..

Answer:

Explanation:

I recommend my method. I write the formula down in my notebook, not plainly copying it down, but write it with the intention of memorising it. Then do that, it should help memorised. Then start refering to the book every once a day. Repetition is the key.

Sometimes, chemical formulas aren't even needed to memorise, you can form the chemical formula based on their number of valence electrons.

Though, honestly, Hard is too Vague. I don't know what you find hard. so give me an example. The easier ones don't really need memorisation, just require the knowledge of the electrons bonding or transfer.

benzchua31: Since you are in Secondary School. I don't think you would learn crazily hard formulas so Al2O3 would be a great example.

So The method of knowing how to form this formula is this method. If you know the charge of Aluminium and Oxygen, you can do this without memorising. Al has a charge of 3, Oxygen has a charge of 2. so you swap those charges and form Al2O3, if you get what i mean.
benzchua31: another example, Ethanol. There is a general formula for it: CnH2n+1OH

n = number of carbons. eth- = 2 carbons.
