There is a very simple way of doing so.

You only need to know
1) The reactants
2) Type of reaction

Once you know these things you don't need to learn the full reactions.

For example-

HCl + NaOH => ????

You know the reactants
And you remember it is a neutralisation reaction.

Therefore salt + water will be formed.

So write H2O + salt
Now, salt will be an ionic compound
The two ions here are Na+ and Cl-
Therefore you will get:

HCl + NaOH => NaCl + H2O
