I think at first, you should make your concepts very clear. And the second thing you can do is practice a lot. Try solving more challenging problems. The more challenges you give to your brain, the more it will work.

Understand the concept on what topic the numerals are on. If u dont keep reading the concepts.Once u understand try solving easy numericals. numericals can't be understood by last minute work. Don't fix ur mind that you won't understand physics or numericals or that physics is hard fix ur mind think that physics is just one of a subj for you to handle with. And pls practice a lot cause only practice makes a man perfect
