try not eating too oily or unhealthy food
a small trick from me either it can help you lose weight or gain more weight
but eating really spicy can help to lose weight but very little
but only eat really spicy 1 time a week
if your body loses weight then continue otherwise skip
and also check up your body time to time
drink atleast 8 glass of water
after you wake up
have breakfast
like salid,fruits,little rice with curry
never eat heavy break fast
after breakfast
eat according to what your body will react nicely
avoid coffee or tea
rather drink green tea but after breakfast
if your blood pressure is low try drinking less green tea
avoid artificial sugar
eat fruit
sugar in fruit won't gain weight
and lastly try exercise or yoga
simple is just running 30 min before breakfast
