How to lose weight ? What are the steps needed to maintain a balanced diet? What are the food needed and the food needs to be avoided? Mention a diet needed for 35 yr old women?

To loose weight proper exercise and proper type of food should be taken.
A balanced diet contains carbohydrates proteins and fats in the ratio 4:1:1 . Along with that proper amount of water and vitamins amd minerals should also be included.
All types of vegetables can b taken because they have a lot of roughage.
Foods containing fats should be avoided. Junk foods like pizza, chips or any deep fried foods are also to be avoided.
A 35 year old woman requires approximately 2000 calories a day. Her diet should contain foods that have carbohydrate , protein and fats in the ratio 4: 1: 1. A lot of water and roughage .
