I know one process but whether it is wrong or right I don't know.
Here is the answer
We have to make 20 using four 4's
So,
4 ÷ 4 = 1
1 + 4 = 5
5 * 4 = 20
⇒ (4 ÷ 4 + 4) * 4 = 20
