Sieve maida, baking soda and baking powder together. Whisk Nestlé MILKMAID, butter and vanilla essence together in a bowl. Fold in the sieved ingredients into MILKMAID mixture.

Preheat the oven to 150oC. Pour the batter into moulds till ¾ full and bake at 150oC for 20 minutes or till done. Cool and keep aside.

For the frosting, whisk cocoa powder, vanilla essence, powdered sugar and butter until evenly consistent and light. Fill piping bag with frosting and decorate the cupcakes
