TAKE A IRON BAR RUB THE TWO BAR MAGNETS ON THE IRON BAR AT LEAST FOR 15-20 TIMES .THE IRON BAR WILL RECEIVE THE MAGNETIC FORCE.AND IT CAN ALSO BE USED AS A MAGNET.

HEYA !
We can make a temporary mangnet using a SOLENOID.
When current is passed through a SOLENOID , it behaves as a magnet (because we know that electricity produces magnetism).
The magnetic field lines are shown in the figure attached.
The power of the magnet can be increased by
• Increasing number of turns.
• Increasing current .
•Nature of core material
NOTE: Steel can be used for making a permanent magnet because it doesn't lose all its magnetism when current is stopped.
