Your answer is :

Things needed - 

1. Cardboard
2. Small plants 
3. Moss 
4. Soil { Make sure you don't take sand or dry soil because it will not help.It is better to take a pieces of land or soil (with grass or plants) }

Process :

Take the cardboard.Place the piece of land on it.It should be well spread. Keep the pieces one over another to give it shape of stairs.Shape it a bit.If your model looks green then it is green otherwise add natural plants to it who are  small in size.
