Before anything, make your self clear about the base which you will use. It can be a plain page, printed designer one or a handmade sheet. Make sure it is quite thick such that ink and glue patches aren't visible on the other side.
It will be better if you keep a color code. Options are:
1. Gold, Black, Red
2. Gold, Black, Turquoise
Or anything you feel like but keep the gold in, because medal given is gold in colour.
Decors can include a big pic of Alfred Noble along with a pic of medal coin.
Small pics of the laureates whom you have mentioned in the file can also be included.
Try to keep the decoration at corner so that you can write the necessary info in center.
The cover should have the following information:
1) Name
2) Roll. No.
3) Class with section
4) Subject Name
5) School Name
6) Submitted to - Teacher's Name (Optional)
Please keep it neat and make sure that patches of glue aren't visible and ink is not dabbed or smuged.

Hope it helps!
