how. to make an electric circuit using switch bulb and a battery

apparatus:
1) wires ( copper)
2) switch
3) battery
4) bulb

procedure:
take two wires and and connect it to two terminals of the bulb . take one wire from the bulb and connect it to one terminal of the switch.take another wire separately and connect it to the another terminal of switch . now take the wire of bulb and the wire of switch and connect them to the posivitive negative terminals of the battery
observation :
we can observe that when we switch on the bulb it glows
