how to make it perfect and please see shading also which I draw in rough side actually give me suggestions how I overcome my mistakes

Giving the things boundary doesn't look really great. Do you (in real life) ever see the boundary/black line between things? No. So it'll be better if you manage to not make a boundary, instead do directly shading on lightly drawn rough sketch.

Also, to achieve better sketch you have to put an effort of giving things a texture. For example the feathers of the bird, the leaves, the stem of tree. Refer some good sketching books for that.
