Cut out a circle of any size from the cardboard. Image titled Make a Newton's Disc Step 3 2 Cut out a circle from the paper. It should be of the same size as the cardboard circle. Then insert your pencil in the hole with an inch of it sticking out the other side. It should be sharpened.
