You might apply the 'sausage and eggs' technique.
Just draw a sausage for arms and finger bones and draw an egg for arms and finger joints. That'll be a rough sketch. After that you will easily be able to finalize the limbs and rub all the rough sausages and eggs.
That's a very simple and basic method of practicing drawing human figures.
