you can make routine... it may help you... in ur school in recess u will play. And after coming from school play for one hour. Then you sit to study.

Manage studies and sports is tough job... becoz. I am an athlete so make a time table for studies and schedules your events according to that... Time Table doesn't mean for subjects only but also for keeping up with time. While studying, read a loud which will help u learn fast and go to sports event.

then play for 1 hours and studies for 2 hours
if you want to extend then u can
then play for 1 hours and studies for 2 hours
