How to memorize the atomic mass of the periodic table?

I am telling you the trick to memorize it ....
If is is a odd no .
Let's take the example of Sodium , Na - atomic no. is 11 so double it and add 1 to it you will get 23 and atomic mass if Na is 23 .
If it is an even no. just double it .
eg : oxygen - atomic no. is 6 and if you double it you will get 12 .
But it is not possible in many elements , so you have to learn that .....
