Motivation means not just encouraging a person to do a particular thing,it's more than that.
The child should motivated in such a way that he or she thinks that they ought to do something great.
Parents should make them believe that nothing is impossible unless and until he or she thinks it's impossible.
Teachers should rectify students mistake in such a way that they would rock their exams.
Whatever mistakes they do parents ,teachers and relatives should make them understand what is good and what is wrong.
Elders shoild teach their youngerones that how money plays a crucial role.After they understand the importance of money and how tough it's to earn money they will surely nail great things in their life.
